Match report Despite torrential overnight rain, the wicket looked good and the outfield was still rock hard so Rodders had no hesitation in opting to bat on winning the toss. Graham and Rob looked uncomfortable against the Bury openers; however, they weathered the spell but then both fell to the 1st change bowlers. Dom and Ed increased the tempo with both scoring well deserved half centuries before a late flurry from John took the total to 220 at the end of the 45 overs. In reply, the youthful Bury side struggled to cope with Rodders and by drinks he'd picked up 7 wickets - 5 of which clean bowled. An 8th wicket soon followed but he was running out of steam and it was left to Harry to pick up the final 2 wickets - the Bury last pair adding 52. A second away win for Worly boosts the confidence ahead of Battisford's visit to Bedfield next week.
