Match report A game where 'lady luck' was still on half-term holiday. Worly lost the toss and were asked to bat on a patchy wicket after the covers had leaked from the Fri deluge. As a result, batting was never going to easy; however, a few indifferent bounces and 2 play-ons saw the visitors restricted to 143 with notable contributions from David Dyer, Dan Payne, Eric Davy and Dave Thacker. Worly needed early wickets; however, despite losing one, Felixstowe seemed content to use all 58 overs available to them. A miserly Rodders managed to ease out 2 more batsmen but not before the target had been halved. Rob then took 3 quick wickets and with 50 required, for the 1st time, Worly were marginally ahead; however, a quick fire 30 from the hosts' No 8 saw them home.
