Match report Overall, a disappointing day for Worly with 2 crucial decisions during the Woolpit innings both going Woolpit's way and ultimately decided the match as the 2 batsmen in question both went on to make 50. However, having been asked to bat, Worly's total was at least 25 below par on a excellent wicket. Lots of 20s and 30s with 38 from Snelly and 35 from Terry but no big innings which proved costly. Rodders and Sam bowled impressively during Woolpit's first 18 overs keeping the visitors to less than 2 an over. The scoring picked up as Worly failed to add to 2 early wickets and the visitors required 75 off the final 15 overs. Sam returned to good effects and the rate rose to above 9. However, some brutal late hitting saw Woolpit win the match but few friends.
