Match report So this time the sun was shining as we faced Stradbroke at home.. we won the toss & decided to bat first.
Josh & Olly out first, strong batting from this pair & some very good running. Next up Matty & Grace, followed by Troy & Tamsin, last but not least Seb & Charlie. Most of our runs came from wides but I felt our batting was far more positive & confident with people sneaking in quick singles, just as asked.
So Worly into bowl - Seb & Olly got maidens. Unfortunately Josh injured his neck & had to stop bowling which was unfortunate.
All in all a far more positive / confident game - well done everyone, shame we lost but the effort was great.
Man of the Match - Troy Emerick, another wicket is there any stopping this boy!
