Worlingworth Cricket club has entered the sponsored Adnams Petanque league for 2016 which consists of 49 local teams divided into 10 groups
We are in a group with 4 other teams in the local area. We play home and away during the summer.
Most games have been scheduled for Sunday mornings but some will be on a weekday evening. Matches normally last about one and a half hours.
We host 4 home games during the spring/summer and we are planning some evening mid week games.
Our first game was scheduled for Easter Sunday. This has been re scheduled for April 3rd against Beau Belles Middleton. Their games are played at the Bell Inn Middleton.
Obviously we are looking for players to be in a pool of players that we can call on to make a team for the day.
Old. Young, couples , families , single can be in the team. You don’t have to be a member of the cricket club to take part so please invite your friends and family. We need a minimum of 4 in a team and a maximum of 8
